At Groove Health our Core Strength classes are specifically designed for you. We will complete an assessment of your issues and goals and will then periodically reassess to ensure you are heading in the right direction to achieve your goals.

Reformer Pilates is resistance based exercise focusing on activating deep abdominal muscles to tone strengthen and reduce injuries. Clinical Pilates (clinical pilates trained instructors – Physio/EPs).

Class sizes are capped at 6 participants with 1-on-1 sessions also available with a Physiotherapist for more focused and individualised attention. At Groove, a health fund rebate is available for both your individual or group Core Strength class (dependant upon your private health insurance).  To be eligible for health fund rebates an annual review must be performed.  If you are just starting out book in for an initial assessment with one of our physiotherapist, prior to starting 1:1 or group classes.

Pilates informed exercise is great for everyone. It can be used for a different form of exercise, as part of rehabilitation, for athletes wanting an edge, for older people to help with balance and strength, and for mothers pre/post pregnancy.
