Core Strength

At Groove Health our Core Strength classes are specifically designed for you. We will complete an assessment of your issues and goals and will then periodically reassess to ensure you are heading in the right direction to achieve your goals.

Reformer Pilates is resistance based exercise focusing on activating deep abdominal muscles to tone strengthen and reduce injuries. Clinical Pilates (clinical pilates trained instructors – Physio/EPs).

Class sizes are capped at 5 participants with 1-on-1 sessions also available with a Physiotherapist for more focused and individualised attention. At Groove, a health fund rebate is available for both your individual or group Core Strength class (dependant upon your private health insurance).
