Reformer Pilates is resistance based exercise focusing on activating deep abdominal muscles to tone strengthen and reduce injuries. Clinical Pilates (clinical pilates trained instructors – Physio/EPs).

Class sizes are capped at 5 participants with 1-on-1 sessions also available with a Physiotherapist for more focused individualized attention. At Groove, health fund rebate is available for both your individual or group pilates class (dependant upon your private health insurance).
